Material is sourced for the confirmed order. Source selection takes account of the product required and the general character needed for the project.

Material Selection
Sourced material is selected for the order. Selection narrows the batch to material that matches the product and character requirements agreed with the buyer.

Cutting
Selected material is cut to begin forming the required product. Cutting follows the order requirements so that the subsequent stages work to the right dimensions.

Sizing
Cut material is sized to the dimensions confirmed for the project. Dimensions are worked against the order specification rather than a fixed standard.

Finishing
Surfaces are finished to the agreed specification. Finishing is selected for the product and the application, and matched to the requirements documented for the order.

Inspection
Finished product is inspected against the order specification. Inspection covers selection, dimensions, thickness, finish and surface condition before packing.

Packaging
Inspected product is packed for shipment. Packaging is planned around the product and destination so that the order is ready for container loading and export.
