Exporting Indonesian Natural Stone Worldwide
A clear process from project brief to shipped order, with product preparation, quality inspection, packaging and export coordination at every stage.
Exporting natural stone requires more than moving material. Product requirements have to be understood, dimensions and finishes confirmed, quality inspected, packaging planned for transit and loading coordinated for the destination. This page sets out how an order moves from first contact to shipment.
The Process
From First Contact to Shipment
Nine stages that take an order from project brief to shipped container.
- 01
Tell Us About Your Project
We begin with your project requirements. Buyers typically provide the product, application, size, finish, quantity and destination country so that we can assess suitability, availability and lead time.
- 02
Product Selection
Based on the brief, we confirm which stones suit the application and supply photographs, product information and available options for the project.
- 03
Quotation
We issue a quotation covering the product, specification, quantity and commercial terms. Pricing is prepared against the confirmed requirements and destination.
- 04
Order Confirmation
Once the quotation is accepted, the order specification is locked. Product, size, finish, quantity and packaging requirements are documented before production preparation begins.
- 05
Production Preparation
Material is selected and prepared against the confirmed specification, including cutting, sizing and finishing requirements for the order.
- 06
Quality Inspection
Products are inspected before packing. Inspection covers selection, dimensions, thickness, finish and surface condition against the confirmed order specification.
- 07
Packaging
Products are packed for international transit using protective material and packing appropriate to the product and destination, with order marking for identification.
- 08
Container Loading
Packed product is loaded into the container with loading records so the buyer can confirm what was shipped against the order.
- 09
Shipping
The container is released for shipping to the destination port. Shipping documents are prepared so the buyer can complete customs clearance on arrival.
